- December 2021 by rustminer48I am a patient at this clinic and have ongoing care with Dr. Kramer. He was fine my issue was with the administrative staff of this clinic. Doctor Kramer changed the days he sees patients between my 1st and 2nd appointment, which are months apart. The staff never told me about this change and when my next appointment came up I called and they said I didn't have an appointment. I was forced to reschedule three months later. This is unethical and poor management. The staff has a responsibility to ensure ALL patients are aware of the change. Because they didn't, my care has been delayed. They told me they called and left a message but I received neither. One call is not enough on their part. They must ensure all patients, receiving care, are reached. They did not. They did the bare minimum and that is unethical and bad business. Go somewhere else if you want a practice that cares for its patients.
- December 2021 by Chris EckertUpdate: I'm billed for labs ordered by the doctor. But the doctor refuses to share the results with the patient? How is this ethical, what about patient rights? Possible scam or fraud? There is better care elsewhere. But, if you enjoy long wait times on the phone, even longer wait times in the office, then this is the place for you. And, if you like expensive and time consuming protocols, then you will love this! If you have a question for your doctor (if you get one), then you have to make another appointment. Yes, more time on the phone, more time in the office and another copay, yeah! Then after leaving several voice mails, you are awarded with zero follow up. If you are chosen to be called back, it's from a rude, uncaring and usually incompetent staff. Just once I wish doctors in the back could experience what it takes to get to see them.

Do Not see this doctor/salesman with a contract stating no extra expenses without consent. Very upset and will never see his doctor ever again. I would give this 1 stars but the staff was actually amazing.
