- December 2021 by Natalie CraneI'm so upset by how OHSA has handled my husbands surgery and recovery. From the start it's been a headache with mainly the admin. I'm not sure Dr. White even knows it's happening but they schedule appointments for my husband, and he'll come in on time only to tell them "oh the doctor isn't in today and we cancelled your appointment." Mind you this is NOT the first time this had happened to him. We live nearly 30 minutes away and he has to take off work. That's unacceptable and extremely rude to not have that organization or courtesy in letting him know the appointment is cancelled. Now he has to wait another 2 weeks to be seen! The other complaint i have is that the follow up after my husbands surgery was with a PA who FORCED him to lift his shoulder. He was in an incredible amount of pain yet she yanked it up. She didn't care that he was saying stop either. I knew i should of spoken up but here i am complaining because my husband is still in agony on his shoulder. I'm praying the PA didn't make it worse and that there's something else that's being missed.
- December 2021 by Lori McDanielEveryone has been awesome. The nurse who attended to me during my surgery was so great... friendly and helpful (I don’t have her name unfortunately). She really was the best! Dr. Newsum was fabulous... he explained everything and made me feel at ease about my surgery... the after care was great as well. Their office called several times to follow up, answered emails promptly. I would highly recommend to anyone that needed. 10+. Thank you!! (Mary S. Date of Surgery... 9/13/22)

The problem is the waiting to see them and the receptionist at the locations is like there having party ? and you coming in are getting in the way? They rapidly take your co-pay and tell you someone will be with you soon and 30 minutes will go by and you will still wondering ? what happened to your appointment that they will charge if you are 15 minutes late or don’t inform them 24 hours in advance that you will not be coming in. Good luck trying to reschedule that appointment!

I've had three different surgeries done by him with excellent results. Nora, his PA is excellent too. She has taken very good care of me as well. I definetely wholeheartedly recommend them for all your upper extremities needs.

He was prompt, efficient, explained my (and also my accompanying younger son's) condition and promptly treated us both right them with the necessary steroid injection. I will happily recommend him! I just wish the office would have music or the TV playing in the waiting room.
