What can we say, Dr.Zaydon and his wonderful staff made us feel like family from start to end. The results are wonderful and recovery amazing. The procedure was literally painless and the hospital staff was wonderful too. Hands down the best.. Thank You Dr. Zaydon we're so very happy. Chance and Georgina ?????.

Poor customer service and communication. I scheduled an appointment and told could bring biopsy from 2019 then be told day of appointment not valid needed current one. Additionally, doctor was late. I was refunded my copay. I waited 45 min for doctor. #Update Nov. 3, 2022 I received a reply from the doctor asking to delete my original review. A customer review should be an opportunity to listen, acknowledge and address any comments, concerns or complaints. A review shouldn’t be based solely on the doctor himself but including his staff and overall experience. The staff who made a copy of my biopsy report should’ve seen the date on it and said something to me but instead brought me inside the patient room. This could have been avoided if your staff would have communicated the right information on the phone and in person. Additionally, I wasn’t told the doctor was running late until 1:30 p.m. I arrived 12:50 p.m. The doctor arrived approximately 1:45 p.m. and seen in less than 2 min. I was inconvenienced by taking time off from work.

I am a Dr in Pharmacy and suffered an injury at work. Out of ALL surgeons in Florida, Dr Zaydon was the ONLY one who took the challenge of my unique and extremely difficult case . No other Dr could handle my case because no other Dr had the expertise and Knowledge to see a successful resolution of my case . Only knowledge and The highest level of education would have seen a resolution of my case . Dr Thomas Zaydon is an outstanding surgeon ! Dr Zaydon is extremely communicative, thoughtful, compassionate and personal. Dr. Zaydon bedside manner is amazing ! Dr Zaydon did not rest until I was well and satisfied with my health and well being ! Office Staff is extremely efficient, profesional and courteous . The staff handles the details of the surgery in a very meticulous way and they always strive to provide the HIGEST quality of profesional service . The office manager Lori always acknowledge every patient with a smile . She always greets you on every visit and makes you feel welcomed . She is always willing to help with any questions you may have no mater how many times is asked ! . , Lori is a joy to work with and very responsive to your every need! Lori and Dr. Zaydon are also very accessible which made this process so much easier … calls and emails will be answered or returned no matter day of the week . Lori was phenomenal on working out all of the logistics for my surgery and was always a step ahead on all my expectations ! I owe a-lot to Dr. Zaydon and his team for helping me lead a new life. Words can not describe how thankful I am to Dr.Zaydon , Lori and the nursing staff for their patience, proffesionalism, hard work and commitment to excellent medical care. It is extremely difficult to find such an incredible level of professionalism combined with a human touch ! As a Healthcare profesional I was impressed from day one and still continue to be impressed by their professionalism. As a Healthcare Profesional and as a patient I am honored to recommend Dr Zaydon and Staff to you ! And Remember The Best is yet to come as long as you are in Great hands !

Dr. Zaydon did my breast reduction surgery. This is a major surgery which removed a lot. I could not have selected a better surgeon than him. The surgery went smoothly & I could not be more happy with the results. He delivered the results he promised & most importantly, I was safe. I would recommend to anyone.
