Not only did they skip my order and I had to remind them but I ordered 5 shots in my venti white chocolate mocha and they did not put any shots in my coffee but because I'm across town I'm not able to go back there for them to fix it. So I guess I get screwed

December 2021 by B WilksWalk-in only. Surprisingly, batistas normally mess up my order (only get light ice, no whipped). This store was really fast, 3 min wait max after order, and did it correctly. The store could've been a little cleaner, but no other issues.
