December 2021 by Avianca CatalaWent in for a Venti, given this instead. If you are out of cups, tell the person before the order, as I’m paying for two espresso shots to be poured on top. Which means I didn’t get my drink because this store will not substitute in a refresher cup. Now, understand I buy this same drink, 4 times a week if not more, through out the entire United States, including at Airports, as Starbucks has always been about the customer. One employee said it was ok, the supervisor said it was not, Mkayla, learn customer service and learn to back your Employees, as I’ve never had issues at this Starbucks, until you. As I’ve already written this, to conclude my Wife knew I was angry, she went inside the store and they put in the other cup. My complaint will never be what I didn’t get for free, it will always be, give me what I’m paying for. 8.33 dollar order.

December 2021 by Medelyn BrockingtonTried a caramel iced something with crunch on top for the first time it was ? delicious and a sandwich good thing I had a gift card because they are extremely expensive, those 2 items was like $14 gc was $15 but my person was very helpful and nice with helping choose something Also condiments like maybe mayo mustard works be great to offer with sandwiches
