December 2021 by Brenna RoseDisrespectful staff. I told the girl I wanted to use my stars at the beginning of paying, but she rang me out without doing so. I rementioned it because when she told me my total, I knew it wasn’t right. I knew I was supposed to get a dollar off of my purchase using those stars. She offered to refund and ring it out proper as she should but then got an attitude when I said yes. And kept talking arrogant about it to another employee while doing so.

Every year I get a chance to get a free high end pricey drink or whatever I want on them. Well not this year. I work from on Thursdays and Fridays. Yes, Friday dec 2 was my birthday. Roofers have been putting a new roof on my apartment. I stepped on a nail and had to go get a tetanus shot since that's the protocol. I went and got the shot and went back to work. After work my boyfriend surprised me with dinner. My whole point was, I was going to use my lunch break to go get Starbucks birthday drink. But instead was at the care clinic getting a shot. The lady at the counter refused to give me my birthday drink. I don't care if it's policy or not, that's pretty sad. I spend. 100s of dollars at Starbucks and I get rejected because I couldn't fit Starbucks in when they expected me too. I WILL NOT BE CONTROLLED WHEN I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER. EVERYONE IS BRAINWASHED. But continue to pay $8.00 for a cup of coffee. Joke is on you.

When I visited, my wife and I were on our way home from her having surgery, yes she wanted coffee, I was tired and hungry and wanted to get her home. She wanted coffee....so we drove through. I got the Egg bacon bites and she got a caramel coffee thing and it was amazing. The little egg bites were hot and yummy and just what I needed after such a stressful morning and my post op loopy wife LOVED her much needed and demanded (to me, from her) coffee. I will go to this location, passing another, because the service was great, the food was hot and delicious, and the coffee was on point. Thank you for being an amazing STARBUCKS!

December 2021 by MichaelI know this sounds like a rant, so I apologize. This is probably the only Starbucks I've had constant bad experiences. I actually can't remember a bad experience I've had at any other location. Today I ordered a caramel apple spice, received some kind of apple oats drink, and when I asked if they could give me what I ordered, they said they gave me that drink because they were out of apple juice. Why would anyone do that without asking? I wanted a non-coffee drink. And they should be better at keeping things in stock. There's a grocery store across the street. I paid almost $7 for something I did not want. I usually order through the app so this kind of thing doesn't happen, but online ordering was turned off. This location is also not set up for people who need a wheelchair or other assistive device. I had to constantly move chairs to move about a minimal amount. I was a little surprised to see that there wasn't at least one table set up to be easier to sit at, but I don't know that that's a requirement. I've just seen it at other stores. I've also had trouble in the parking lot, because the drive through is just before the handicap spots, and the line keeps you from being able to leave.
