December 2021 by Katryna ConklinI use mobile order just about every morning, I bounce between this one and Atlantic. Atlantic is great, all the staff are always kind and welcoming. The guy this morning made my honey almond flat white as the citrus. They told him he made it wrong, he said “oh”, then proceeded to tell me I could try it..like, no. I said I’d like a refund. Asked me for the card I used, I had to go to my car to get it. I came back in, they proceeded to tell me my drink was being made now, except it wasn’t. The guy making the drink was still wiping down counters taking his sweet time. Then decided to make my drink in a whole 30 seconds. I use the order ahead for convenience because I work so early in the morning. The entire staff is not rude, however it feels like the same select few people every time. Sorry if I hurt your feelings or something, but your customer service skills are poor, or maybe you’re just not morning people.

They continuously either mess up my order, or give me someone else's order that in not even a part of my order. Very disappointed almost every time visiting a Starbucks in the last 6 months.

December 2021 by Scott JefferiesMy wife and I stop here pretty frequently, it’s the only one on our way to work. They usually do pretty good but as of late our drinks are always wrong. My wife gets no whip, no foam and mine is always no ice! This week we’ve been drinking a lot of foam and my drink is all ice. Might be time to pick a different location.

December 2021 by Hank GroffI am sharing this magical moment. Today is June 7th 2021 and it looks like they have finally opened up Starbucks across the country to allow inside seating. It's been a long time. The baristas are still wearing their masks but thank God we can all have a little bit more normalcy.
