December 2021 by DEvinDrive thru guy dropped my order on the floor tried to play it off with a spin and hand me my order after he picked it up off the floor with a napkin. If the line today wasn’t so bad I would have walked in and demand a refund. But I was already late for work

The drive through was packed, but inside was pretty empty besides some people working on their laptops. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole experience was efficient and seamless. Great team at this location!

December 2021 by audrey greeneDrinks were good. However, soap was completely empty. There was also a disposable soap container that was completely empty. This means workers are not washing their hands after using the bathroom that’s disgusting. I asked the barista for more soap and nobody acknowledged the concern. Staff needs a crash course on how hepatitis is spread. I regret leaving a tip at checkout.

I ordered a pick up and thought it was the location which is at the Saint Johns mall center.. however I went there and got some nasty attitudes given by manager herself Bailey! She was very rude and so will be contacting Simon for a review on her. However I scouted out and finally arrived at the location I ordered from. I went in and saw 2 of my 3 order sitting there cold.. because of the time frame. I was greeting and helped by barista Ethan . He was so cordial and made my order from fresh. I love how approaching and engaging he was. It’s barista like him who makes Starbucks what it is. I am glad Starbucks still have people working for them such as Ethan. Thank you once again Ethan … merry Christmas
