December 2021 by JI email corporate all the time and tell them that this location is the best in Jacksonville! I drive 30 minutes everyday to go to location only. Everyone is so nice and they treat you like your family. My drink is made perfect everyday and they all know my drink, they really know how to make you feel special. Major shout out to Kyle, I recently lost my grandmother and he always asks me how I’m doing and has such kind words. If you want the gold star treatment, this is your location to go to! Lexi I told you I would brag on you guys! You’re the best!!!

This is the only Starbucks I’ll go to because with me they have literally been flawless. Highly recommended to anyone that enjoys good conversation, attention to detail, and rapid service !!
