December 2021 by Lydia WhiteUpdate: not me going to pick up my mobile order and having to wait in a drive thru line that wraps around the entire parking lot putting me 30 minutes past my pickup time because the inside is closed and there was no warning when placing my mobile order for pickup here. love that! Old Review: Always fast. 9 out of 10 times my order is ready for me before the estimated time. Baristas are always busting it out like crazy and are so nice and sweet. Love this location

December 2021 by Laurie FitzI get that Starbucks is a coffee place. But I’m a tea drinker. They have a wonderful earl grey. But I order a vent earl grey with sugar and milk. So simple. But I have been to Starbucks all over Jacksonville Florida and many other locations outside of florida. They mess it up more than get it right. WHY???? I don’t have steamed milk checked, I don’t have leave 1/2 the cup Empty marked, didn’t ask for it to be made with only warm milk. You would think after I don’t know how many years I would have given up. I guess I am a glutton for punishment ???

December 2021 by William BrackettVery slow. Placed my order on the app. For a latte and breakfast sandwich. Per the app would take 10 mins. Got to the store people who order at the register got items before I did. Not sure why. On top of that the sandwiched was cold even though it was out of the oven. When I say cold mean not cooked enough. The drink was ok not great got my fall favorite spiced pumpkin latte. Would hit another store next time not this one.

December 2021 by RalphFLAThis was my first visit to this Starbucks. Actually, this review is my first trip to a Starbucks in more than one year. Driving through to get a cup of coffee is not something I like to do. Interiors of Starbucks stores appeared to be closed for the most part during Covid. Also, as one of the leading "woke" corporations, I have just avoided going there as I did not want to participate in the company drive to have the baristas discuss my views on race or whatever the social issues of the day happen to be. But, in this instance, the location was very convenient and I was waiting to pick someone up. So, despite having canceled my Starbucks membership some time ago, I found this location and visited. It was very good.The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a few questions about the coffee selections, prices and the snacks. She knew all of the answers and I quickly made a decision for selections. The coffee was good; it was hot, the cup was left as full as I had requested. and the chocolate croissant was delicious. So, overall, a very good experience. And, to my delight, no one asked about my opinion on any social issues. That is excellent; I just wanted a cup of coffee and a croissant without interruption or having anyone tell me the latest iteration of Starbucks' social philosophy. Kudos to the folks here for letting me do that in a quiet, clean location! There is also a small outdoor dining location but it is right on Beach Boulevard so plenty of traffic noise.
