I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. I made an appt for teeth cleaning, but when they took me back into a room I was told it was for an "exam", not cleaning, and then they decided to not even give me an exam but to have me come back 4 hours later and they'd do the exam and cleaning at the same time. I understand hygienists need to know what condition your teeth are in, but no one told me this would be an all day affair. Very poor communication, very unprofessional. When I said I would not be coming back for the afternoon appt, the woman kept saying "have a nice day, have a nice day, have a nice day". They couldn't get rid of me fast enough.

I am glad that I found Smile Design. Best experience at a Dentist I've ever had. I've never liked going to the Dentist. Most are not very careful, fast or efficient. But Dr. M. Is so nice and makes sure that you are doing ok and don't feel pain. I recommend Smile Design Dentist too everyone.

Terrible experience, showed up and was seen by a different dentist, since the dentist was not in town. Then, after the X-rays I was told that they could not even clean my teeth(whole reason of the appointment) because a hygienist was out sick. Not to mention, the dentist that saw me told me I had five cavities. I immediately went to a different dentist in Palm Harbor who completely disagreed on their findings. Today, I received my bill and they did not even run my secondary insurance. I am disappointed that they wasted my time, did not communicate that a different dentist would see me, I wouldn’t be able to get my teeth cleaned and still charged my insurance for an exam/x-ray. I will never step back into their office and will tell all my family and friends to avoid their dentistry. Edit: a manager has never reached out to me.

Probably the best and most comfortable I’ve been at a dentist office in years! I had major work to be done and the doctor was so nice and understanding . She made it possible for me to save money and created a miracle ! All of the staff are wonderful from the ladies in the front desk to the assistance. Glad I’ve finally found a dentist that I could trust and just makes me feel so comfortable and not ashamed.

Bad but not awful. First off- the staff and the doctor are very friendly, clean location. Really like the doctor. And she helped me to understand the cause of the a dental problem- hence the 2 stars and not 1. And. I needed a new nightguard. I got fitted for one and they ordered it. When it came, it was PAINFULLY tight. I had to go back 3 times to get it adjusted to where it was not painful to wear. The doctor said she had had problems with that company before! Have no idea why she would use them again? Now, 9 months later, the nightguard is very loose. It still works, however it does not fit properly.... not sure how long it will last. Dissatisfied, I called to get my records so I could go elsewhere. it took me 9 days and five phone calls to get my records. On top of it, the cleaning was double what I paid elsewhere and the faulty nightguard was over 300 more then the last one.....

Smile Design is a great place for your dental needs. I’m not a big fan of the dentist but here they make you feel at home. Love smile design dentistry.
