December 2021 by Rosario RivasI was so exited to try this place and was let down. The food is pretty good but the amount I got served was ridiculous. I literally got a spoon of GUAC. I did not even get a full scoop of rice and literally 3 pieces of meat. I was so disappointed. I much rather go to chipotle.

December 2021 by Roberto CruzVery Disrespectful Manager: My wife and I have been patrons of Qdoba in Cape Coral since shortly after it opened and generally have had really good experiences there. Food is fresh and tastes great. Today's manager, a skinny, bearded fellow with shoulder length highlighted hair thought it was okay to treat people like cattle. My wife ordered the surf & turf and was told to wait because the shrimps were not ready (lack of readinesss is a common theme in this place) which to us was no problem. The problem started when my wife asked trying to make sure he understood my order was not yet taken. This not so gentle "man" starting giving his thoughts in a very condescending attitude and then says "don't take it personal... or do so... up to you" which is a way of saying he really didn't care about us as patrons. That's when I simply said that's not the right attitude and told my wife we'll spend our money elsewhere and left the place. If he has his underwear in a twist because his poor management skills always puts his store in "never ready" mode, that's on him, not the patrons.

December 2021 by AliOrdered chicken adobo tacos and received them...without the chicken. The "tacos" were sloppily made and tossed in partially open like shown in the picture. I ended up throwing them out because they look tampered with.

December 2021 by Aubrey VokesI originally had Qdoba when my husband introduced it to me in Colorado. I’m originally from Palm Beach, FL. My best friend and I woke up and said we wanted Qdoba. Plus it was his first time. So we drove two and a half hours for it. I will say, this has suppressed my cravings for a bit. Best food around and super happy with my service. The manager was super nice and hilarious. A big people person. Plus, with him training the new employee and still keeping composure to teach and work is so hard to find in managers. That’s awesome. We loved the food, the environment and id drive another 2 hours to come back. I will be moving to Colorado soon due to my husband coming home to base and we get to enjoy it everyday. Definitely telling my Floridians in palm beach to make the drive to this store though! Thank you again for such great service.

December 2021 by John WindschauerGot a steak bowl with all the toppings including sour cream, cilantro, shredded cheese, corn salsa, black beans, gucamole, grilled peppers, etc. Ingredients were fresh, quality, and tasted great. This was my 2nd time getting delivery from here, had back to back great experiences.
