What makes it a more frequent stop than any other place for me personally, is the staff has a decent sense of humor, they don't seem rushed and they don't forget anything. I don't go inside so I can't rate the atmosphere or how clean it is but as far as I've seen from the drive-thru the employees are consistent with washing their hands.

December 2021 by Nathan EdwardsSat in drive-thru for 10 minutes before being told to go inside. Then sat inside another 10 to 15 mins waiting on my food. Got my food went home. Chicken sandwich was cooked about as much time as I waited burnt to the point the chicken was hard as a rock and not edible. Then got to the nuggets they were all stuck together and breading therefore didn't get cooked. Meal 2 down the drain. Fries were cold and mixed with burnt ones. I had a JBC and chilli as well .. both cold and at this point I just threw the meal away. This location used to be good but there workers are clueless and have zero pride in their work. Just a hang out for employees , place is dirty and falling apart. Will be my last visit and what a waste of $25. SAD!

December 2021 by Bruce K.Restaurant was clean today and I got a snack while waiting for my mom to get something done nearby. A little slow to get things made but my burger and fries were fresh. Sitting at a table withy laptop, I got some work done and that was good.

December 2021 by Andy SavageLiterally been sitting in their drivethru for over 30 minutes and there’s still one car ahead of me. I understand staffing is rough right now, but that this point just close the restaurant rather then try to function and having customers wait 30+ minutes for food.

December 2021 by BARBARA WIEDMANStopped there today and ordered a #6 which is a spicy chicken meal. Chicken was so hard couldn’t even bite it to chew it. The fries were honest to god black & could not eat. Unfortunately I took the meal home. I called and was hung up on twice & the 3rd time was told To Bad For You. Refused to put a manger in the phone. Never will go there again. The drive through is at least a 15 minute wait. Worst food ever on Cape Coral Parkway.
