They seem to be always under staff and service is slow. Employees are always nice, but the business is ran poorly.

The chicken seem to be at least a couple days old and they forgot half the ingredients to the BLT not to mention on every sandwich the meats were hanging half way or more out of the buns. I thought a I'd call and give them a heads up but the decided to answer the call and not speak or just put it on hold till I hung up. This place needs a management upgrade. I rate this place a 0.

December 2021 by JD SamsJust stopped at the McDonalds drive through at the 2925 SW Pine Island RD in Cape Coral. Restaurant number 35747. Ordered three fillet of fish sandwiches and one large fry. When I got home two of the sandwiches had no tarter sauce and one had a little on the outside of the bun. Two of the sandwiches had not been properly placed on the bun because the cheese and fish were almost off the buns. The person taking the order did want to be there and the person that handed me my food didn’t want to be there. Could tell through their attitude. If I was the franchise owner I would want to know what is going on. Needless to say I will not patronize this location again. December 2021 by Joseph Badger (0perat0r)Can use the kiosk... then you order stuff they don't have... then you have to stand in line waiting for a refund... makes the process long and stupid.. the best part they don't have what I came here for so now I'm stuck with half the people in my party able to eat... what a waste of space. Don't bother, bk is next door.

December 2021 by Katie NobleThis is the most ridiculous thing that has happened to me. All 4 burgers have no meat in them. When we called the manager said that she has to talk to her kitchen staff about this and how often it happens. Someone better fix this!!
