December 2021 by Deborah ParkeBig Apple Pizza left the best impression. I ordered the 16” Half Veggie and the other half The Works Specialty Pizza and 1/2 doz. of their Garlic Knots. They were exceptional! Very tasty, fresh and well prepared and you can choose among many menu options. The quality was outstanding and the prices were fair.

December 2021 by Caitlyn GoodwinI usually do not say anything, but this hair was baked into the cheese. It was not laying on top, as I pulled it and it wouldn’t move, it was not ours. It was baked into the cheese. The manager did offer new pizza to which we declined.

December 2021 by Jan DeFrancoMultiple problems with my order. I ordered through the app for delivery. The delivery time was 7:19 which was an hour after I ordered. I waited for another 15 minutes beyond that before I called the store. The gentleman said that it was on its way but offered no explanation or apology and was very short. The food did arrive within 5 minutes after that but was not worth the almost 1 1/2 hour wait. The pizza was soggy & limp and half of the garlic knots were burnt. The driver said they were out of the regular Pepsi and brought us 2 different kinds of soda instead, said that we got a “2 for 1 deal as if it made up for any of this. The last disappointment was with the piece of cheesecake we ordered. They charge $5.50 and it was barely a sliver of cake for that price. The entire experience with this Big Apple was a big disappointment.
