December 2021 by Rae JacobOne of the best hidden gems in Pembroke Pines. All of their shakes and smoothies are delicious and they have less calories and more protein compared to the competition. I will always come here after jiu-jitsu practice or for a quick snack. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was welcoming and immediately text me details for me to share and welcome new customers and receive 30% off. The entrance is a through the barbershop or the back ally making this truly a secret little gem. I can’t wait to try the waffles and all the other flavors. Key lime yummy… bubble gum too.

So delicious I forgot it was healthy!! I must go back. Such a nice little spot. Prices are reasonable and you won’t be disappointed in the taste!
