December 2021 by James PellrineThe lines were very long, but the service was quick... The food was hot, and the drinks were cold... Staff worked very well together... Everyone had a smile on their face and was very friendly... I see myself ordering again from here real soon.

December 2021 by Jeff FountainThis is quite possibly the worst McDonald's that I have ever been into. We went through the drive-thru and the order was completely wrong. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and side order of bacon. They put the bacon on the sandwich. And then when we checked at the drive-thru instead of just leaving the sandwich alone and giving us the two pieces of side bacon. They threw the sandwich in the garbage and told us to go wait in the parking lot. After about 15 minutes I finally went inside and they hadn't even made the new food yet. This is not the first time this place has gotten orders wrong. There's nobody in this McDonald's that speaks any English whatsoever hardly. I would think the owners with all the battery views that are on here would do something to try to fix this location before it closes.

December 2021 by Kenya HicksPulled up to drive through. No response. Said hello. No response. Someone pulls up to the other menu (it's a double drive through) get immediately service ?. Say hello a few more time before decoding maybe Tacos is a better option since I can at least get my order taken.

December 2021 by Allen KavanaghtWhen I placed my order i was told that I had to park an wait for my food. I didn't mind but nobody ever brought my food out to me. I was next to this truck when the gentleman got out his truck came to my car an said " I didn't order this did you??I promise i didn't touch anything". So i quickly looked in the bag it was my order. I drove off not feeling comfortable about what had just occurred. I reached thr first red light which was Floresta blvd I looked in the bag half my french were missing. Both of my burgers were messed up. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. When I brought it to the managers attention she rolled her eyes and fixed my order. I WON'T BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

December 2021 by Rob ClarkPossibly the worst McDonald's in the area. Waited at drive thru order screen for 5 minutes in lane 1,, car in lane 2 window screen was the same. Honking horn, nobody responds. Car in lane 2 drives to payment window and places order there. I do same and was told you can't do that. Go inside, wait at register with no one in front of me for 5 minutes. No employee even acknowledges me standing there. Finally 2 employees come to register and ask if I ordered yet. I said no. Their response is my computer is running slow please order at kiosk. Go over to the only working kiosk out of three. Place my order on it. Hit pay here. Kiosk says it can not process payments at this time. Says to Print out receipt and take it up to register. Hit print receipt and stand there for a few minutes and then figure out it does not print receipts. At this point i was done and just left. This is at 3 in afternoon. Can only imagine what it is like in busy hours. I don't blame the regular employee's, management needs to figure it out and manage.
