December 2021 by Nicholas DeBellisOrder taker did not listen and so you will need to repeat yourself. Self-serve stations weren't a mess but were not exactly clean or stocked well. We ordered the current promotional sandwich, and it tasted well, but the presentation was lacking. I guess it is my fault for expecting more from a national chain restaurant. AND OH YEAH BRING BACK THE POTATO CAKES!!!!

December 2021 by Joe TThis Arbys next to Pembroke Lakes Mall was a good place to eat at one point, but lately has deteriorated tremendously. A drive thru employee or team lead who looks like a young Bill Gates will not even speak to the customers. He rushes you to order and usually gets the order wrong but wears the headset while keeping his back to customers to ignore them. Last time we went through the drive thru he got our order wrong and we had to get off in order to speak to another employee to correct the order, since he just ignored us. We also noticed the portion sizes have gotten smaller and many times the sandwiches are stale these days. Will not be going back. Terrible customer service, and genuine uncaring for the quality of the order.

December 2021 by pavel valdezThe most underated fast food restaurants. I was very hungry that day and purchased, the fish sandwich along with the french deep, Lol, i could not finished them both. Fries are tasty and that fish sandwich, has no comparison among the other restaurants.

December 2021 by Candy CarranzaWe ordered the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. I really enjoy the sauce bar, I love to apply liberal amounts of Horsey Sauce and the 3 Pepper Sauce, very tasty! Service is excellent, restaurant very clean. I'll be back!

Employees were not rude, but also not overly friendly. just kind of "there"..... no enthusiasm but that's okay, it's not a requirement I suppose. Most importantly they were there, did their job and now a days what more can you ask for. Lol
