December 2021 by charnell gloverPurchase peas soup yesterday the soup was old and smelling I called to let them know. They left me on hold then hung up. Very bad customer service check your food cause it may be old . Not fresh

December 2021 by JuJu VicI’ve visited this place several times. The food is always great. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. If you haven’t tried this place before it’s a must. For a great experience I suggest dining in. The place is always set up so nice and clean.

I didn’t like the smell of the place. The stink smell made it hard to even think straight. Got a juice and top of the bottle was filthy. Exchanged it for another which was a difficult choice the others were dirty too. Found a drink more decent but realized how dirty it was when I left. It would have cost nothing for them to wash the Sorrell drinks before putting them up. Don’t know where they been but maybe fell during transport and got dirt/mud on them. Went back for refund as cashier tells me it’s not dirty, which it clearly is and that says a lot about them or maybe her.

I've had a wonderful experience with staff and they really made me feel at home, especially on a Saturday morning when I had to travel from west to east just for the breakfast ?? love this place!? Kidney, callaloo, cabbage with corn beef, okra... just thinking about it makes me hungry!

December 2021 by Josie HWhen you enter the restaurant, you can see the large dining area that has plenty of booth and table seating for the customers. The area where you place your order is towards the back of the restaurant, and you may feel a bit cramped if there are a lot of people waiting in line for their order because the area is small. Located on Pembroke Pines, Donna's is open 7 days a week and offers breakfast, lunch, entrees, vegetarian dishes, kid's meal, side orders, and dessert. They also serve hot & cold beverages, D&G sodas, and nature way juices such as sorrel, coconut water, carrot juice, etc. All you can eat brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday at the Pembroke Pines and Lauderhill locations only from 8am - 2:30pm. I ordered the brown stew chicken lunch special which consisted of rice & peas, fried plantains, and salad. After receiving my food, I quickly sat at a table to eat. Oh man, it was delicious. The rice & peas was cooked to a soft consistency and had a bit of a sweet taste to it like it was cooked in coconut milk. The chicken was stewed nicely, tender, and full of flavor. The plantains was also fried nicely and the salad was freshly prepared with a light vinaigrette. Will surely be back again.
