December 2021 by Sarah RassieurI used to think this place was good but then after trying them a few times I realized,.. they are overpriced, lack any flavor, lack quality control and lack customer service. I tried a chocolate chip cookie and I thought it was very bland and tasted kind of "chemically" but I wrote it off.. how do you mess up a chocolate cookie? Anyway, I continued to try this place. Then, I ordered the cookie monster pie/cake and I get it home and open it up, my sister says, "what smells like gasoline?" I was horrified, the cake actually smelled like chemical/gasoline. So I called the store to relay this urgent information to them. They put me on hold twice, told me sorry for the inconvenience and as they were about to hang up,.. I told them I was dissatisfied with the way they handled the issue, and IN THE LEAST I want a refund? So after putting me on hold again they came back and said I could come to the store the following day for my refund. I asked them if they could just refund it over the phone like every other restaurant would do and they said no. And were super rude on top of everything and did not take responsibility or empathize for me at all. So long story short if you are looking for a good bake shop, don't shop here. Find a quality bakery where the goods are made in house, fresh and chemical free.

December 2021 by Corey GoldmanThis place is solid. Strawberry cheesecake was better than the Oreo. It’s definitely a good cheesecake but I’d say to bring it to the next level it would have to be a bit more creamier and rich. Good spot though.

December 2021 by Maria BarreraI absolutely love this place!! BUT it makes no sense that you aren’t able to pick the flavor of the ice cream for your own shake…. We need to either specify on the board that you are only allowed to use vanilla ice cream or let the clients pick (: #letmepickmyownicecream Love you guys! Xoxox

December 2021 by Leisa SI heard about this place from another restaurant they were in. Their pies were good, so I wanted to try out their own store. I looked online to check the hours and went over at 8pm on a Tuesday. Upon arrival, there is no parking in front of the store so you have to park in back and walk around. (OK no big deal). Now as far as the service, it was a complete joke. There were 2 girls working and both ignored me when I walked in. I told them I wanted to order a couple of slices and told them that I definitely wanted a slice of coconut cream. Totally ignored me. Then I asked what are the ingredients for the magic cookie bar, and instead of telling me she pointed to the menu bores and says I don't really know what's in it (really? Who trained you??) then she turned around to continue doing whatever she was doing. The other girl just walked away and was talking to someone who seemed to be in an office and completely ignored me. I asked if anyone was going to help me and they both stared at me like a deer in the headlight. No acknowledgement, no "I can help you", just a dumbfounded look on both their faces. I then turned around and walked out. This is a true shame because while their product is ridiculously over priced, it did taste good. Or at least the last time I tried it. Maybe management dropped the ball on training, or the staff really doesn't care, but I can tell you I will not be returning. PS, the way the owner responded to a previous review was completely unprofessional. I hope everyone takes the time to read reviews before giving this place your money.

December 2021 by Brett WernerSlice of Red Velvet is nothing special, certainly not worth $11. Grasshopper was fresh and delicious, smore brownie very good as well- enjoyed the cookie layer. Low rating for prices not being displayed in store or online and when I asked for a receipt, "we're out of paper". Other customers claimed to be charged different amounts as well. $30.21 for 3 slices felt excessive for mediocre taste/quality.
