Honestly I’ve never wrote a review before, but on this occasion I felt the need too. When I had my accident I came on google to try to find an attorney who could represent me, and I came across Mark Stephens profile who had little reviews. So I decided to give him a call and when I did he immediately went to work. He was very caring, professional, and patience. The whole process took awhile, but he kept me aware of everything that was going on. Mark Stephens really exceeded my expectations. I will be using him again if any representation is needed. Thank you Mr.Stephens

Erwin Mark Stephens was perfect. After my car accident, I attempted to negotiate my case alone at first but soon realized that was a mistake. By the time I realized I needed help, I had difficulty getting a lawyer to pick up my case due to the aggressive reputation of the opposing insurance company. But not Mr. Stephens. I was so relieved to find a confident and competent lawyer willing to go up against one of the largest car insurance companies in business. Best part about it was he took care of pretty much everything. He would check in periodically to keep me updated on the status of the case and I knew he was working hard behind the scenes which was great because I was busy recovering from my injuries, getting back to work, starting a doctoral program, care-taking for an elderly parent and more. He made sure I didn't have to worry about anything! Ultimately, he negotiated an amazing payment for me (much larger than I expected) when the other lawyers in town were too scared to touch my case. He came highly recommended to me and I'm SO GLAD I found him and his team. The process was super easy and I'm finally able to move on with piece of mind. I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. If you're looking for a confident and competent lawyer, give him a call...you'll see what I mean.

Erwin Stephens is a great, dependable, and dedicated attorney. Mr. Stephens is knowledgeable about law and will be upfront and honest to help you manage expectations of your case. Mr. Stephens is also empathetic. He will call and check on you while you are going through treatment for your injury. He was able to get the most for my case and will do the same for you.

Attorney Stephens was very helpful, caring and concerned from start to finish. He's also very professional. When Morgan and Morgan wouldn't pick my case back up, he was recommended for me to reach out to and it was definitely a success! He came through for me when I needed it. God bless!

He knows his stuff and works very hard to make sure that you get the service/care you need from day one. I had never been in an accident and didn’t know how low down the insurance game was and was glad to have Mr. Stephens as my attorney. I choose him based off his reviews and it was the best decisions I could have made. He got me in a treatment center within hours of speaking to me and made sure that I focused on getting better while he focused on EVERYTHING else. Every question I had (and I had a ton of questions) he answered, with patience and honesty. He walked me through the process of “how it works and why” at every step and I am grateful for this because it calmed my nerves and allowed me to take comfort in the unknown because he showed me that he had my best interest at the forefront and his position never changed. As much as I disliked the process of being in an accident , at least I know who to call if I ever need him again.
