December 2021 by Adriel James (Drey)Nothing sorry about the location or service. It was more like a fast food experience. No greetings when we arrived. Cashier didn't say much but asked if they could take our order. When the food was done, they placed the bag on the counter, called my name and walked away. Food was decent but tasted warmed up versus freshly made. -

The seating patio on the front is a great touch, can still enjoy the atmosphere without really hearing everything goin on inside the store. The farmhouse or the tasty turkey sandwich is the way to go, especially with a Caramel cold brew shake!

December 2021 by Bianca FairI had such amazing service this morning when I went in for a world class bagel and ended up also with a tasty Turkey sandwich. I was very pleased with how well I was treated by the employees and left with a smile on my face. I can see a few reviews down what looks like a disgruntled former employee and I hope that this does not let future customers deter them from patronizing Einstein Brothers. The service is great, the food is great, and they deserve the recognition!

December 2021 by Fabre'Ante JacksonMAN, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I've been going here for breakfast for a while now. They have the best bagels and the best coffee. The food is always fresh. The bacon and jalapeño bagel is my favorite. The store is always clean and neat. The staff is pretty good too. The team members are always kind even on the bad days. I work in retail, and I know how hard it is to get staff hired. I will say this though, the manger is always in there. I love to see mangers that are not afraid to get their hands dirty. When it gets busy the manger jumps in and helps her team. I was starting to wonder if she ever has a day off. I highly recommend this place if you love fresh bagels and coffee. Go and find out for yourself on how good this place is. I promise you won't regret is.

The only reason why I didn’t ask for my money back was because I was getting an order for someone else. When I walked up there was a white lady in front of me and she was extremely nice to her but when I walked up and said “good Morning!?” she just looked at me and said what do you need . An older white gentleman came in and asked how she was and she said her day could be better. Then a young white man in scrubs asks for coffee and she said it’s on the house . I WILL NOT COME BACK !!
