David has stuck with me for almost 3 years through the back and forth between me and my ex. My ex files first and it was thrown out after a year and then David filed again for me. Everything was finalized today and I was able to get sole custody of my children. David also gave me great advice and tips for when I graduate from school (something he definitely did not have to do). I am grateful for Davids help.

Mr. Stoddard represented me during one of the tougher parts of my life. I am very grateful for having him in my time of need because not only did he perform his expected duties of being a lawyer, he actually cared about me as a person, I wasn't just another case to him. He's more than just a lawyer, he's an empathetic man that is able to see and feel the struggle that the people around him are going through. I truly believe he went to law school to help people, not to chase money as a lot of lawyers initially did. I've seen some less than five star reviews for this man's firm, and I firmly believe the reviews were from people that had something unexpected happen in their case that they somehow blame on their lawyer and not the multitude of things that can happen in a court room. **If you are looking for a lawyer and are taking reviews into account, just know that some things happen that lawyers can't help, however, David Stoddard did EVERYTHING that he could for me, I was properly represented, and my life was SAVED in part due to his due diligence and hard work. 5 stars through and through. I don't believe there is a better option in the area.
