- December 2021 by Bonnie BarrowLess than one star! New patient....waited almost 30 minutes and when I finally asked about my appointment was told the Dr is running 45 minutes late! Who do they think they are? Your time is NOT more valuable than anyone else’s. Why wouldn’t they give me the curtesy of letting me know before I drive 30 minutes from work on my lunch hour or even when I arrive! Like I have hours to sit in your waiting room. Then it took another 15 minutes to refund my copay and reschedule with a different Dr. This Dr wouldn’t put up with this behavior anywhere else but had no problem doing it to a patient.

I’ve been back several times with foot pain issues (plantar fasciitis, tendinitis) and Dr Shepard has taken great care in eliminating my discomfort. She is so attentive and so personable, I simply cannot say enough! I highly recommend her expertise!

Dr. Shepard is a wonderful listener who provides specific recommendations pertaining to my age and lifestyle, meaning level of activity and ability. She is very polite, yet direct, as she thoroughly explains what will happen without treatment, with treatment, along with options and the pros and cons of each choice. The office staff has always been pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I have been extremely satisfied with the advice and great care Dr. Shepard has always provided with tenderness, understanding and professionalism.
