- December 2021 by Philip JCanceled so many appointments! Rude staff! No one wants to help! I'm in so much pain and they are heartless people! When they finally helped they botched it and took no ownership! This place should be shut down.

Find yourself a good podiatrist that ACTUALLY wants to help you with your chronic pain, instead of giving an attitude and not caring at all. Absolutely heartbroken I can't get care and help. I'm in so much pain.
- December 2021 by Violetta SzumilasDr. Kosofsky performed my bunionectomy in 2018. I let him know that I am a runner and he assured me that this was a straight forward procedure and that I would be back on my feet and start running again within 2 months. The surgery went well and I followed all recovery instructions for the next several months. When it came time for me to come out of the surgical boot into a normal sneaker, I noticed sharp pain in the ball of my foot with every step. I brought this to Dr. Kosofsky’s attention numerous times during follow-up visits however, he just discounted the pain as nothing serious and as something that would go away with time. The months that followed were extremely frustrating and painful. I could not run, walking was painful, could not wear normal shoes (even sneakers hurt), and walking barefoot also hurt. A year passed and I still could not run or walk without extreme pain. I finally sought out the opinion of several other orthopoedic surgeons and to my dismay it was confirmed that the pain I was feeling was Transfer Metatarsalgia, a condition that I had developed because Dr. Kosofsky over-shortened my big toe bone during my surgery. The effects of this surgery have been debilitating and I am now facing having to have more involved surgeries to try to remedy the problem.
