- December 2021 by ElliottI had a good initial experience in 2021. I have been trying to setup a follow-up appointment. No one answers the phone or responds to the online form request.
- December 2021 by Shannon BowersI can't say enough to express how amazing this office is. Dr. Jovic is an extremely professional and informed provider. She immediately builds a rapport that makes all the terrible stuff about doctor's appointment seem to melt away. She discusses all options to include you in the treatment choices, instead of assuming and instructing. The front desk folks are also top-notch! Patient, funny and very helpful.
- December 2021 by Sandra van OnselenI booked an appointment months ago. They will tell you to come in 30 minutes early for a new patient appointment. I ran late, partly because I exited the parking garage on the other side and couldn't find the correct building (at which point I called them to ask for directions). I got to the dr's reception room 10 minutes before my appointment was due to start, waited for the patient in front of me to finish with the receptionists. When it was my turn I was told that I was "late" as I hadn't completed the paperwork and the 6 minutes remaining before my appt time was not sufficient time to do so and so my appointment would be cancelled. The paperwork took 10 minutes (including rescheduling!) which ate into a few minutes of my hour long appointment. According to reception, the doctor double / triple books himself and so was now unavailable for my scheduled appointment. I'm incredibly frustrated that I wasted my morning trying to see a provider that operates in this way. How did he plan to see 2 people at the same time? If he knew that he didn't need the full hour for me so he double booked, then why would it matter if I was 5 minutes late since he was seeing the other person he'd double booked anyway? I'll be going to another provider and since this doctor is double / triple booked it won't matter to him and it probably doesn't matter to you but regardless, this way of operating is terrible.
- December 2021 by Maria D'Agostino HannamI have two new feet! Had Lapiplasty done on both feet, 10 mos apart. My first foot was a bit more involved and took longer recovery due to some arthritis and bone spurs mid foot, but my second was textbook. I now will age a bit more gracefully! Loved the staff, and Dr. Hatch knows what he's doing. I have referred friends and complete strangers in shoe stores to him......... I'm so glad I found a Dr. that fixes the root cause of the bunion, it was worth the wait!! I am so happy with the outcome of both of my feet. They not only look better, they function properly and no more pain!
- December 2021 by Teagan AvisWow - Dr. Jovic was phenomenal. I can't recall ever having a better provider experience. She validated all of my concerns, truly listened and demonstrated attention to detail, and spent TIME with me to adequately address things and ensure I was on board with the plan. Highly recommend her.
