I am sharing this with the public message, this has nothing to do with :Dr Melnick, who has been exceptional! The staff at the front desk has been the worst. the attitude, and the small quiet gossip going on , and especially about the clients is unacceptable and highly un professional i have been ever observant, it finally came to a end the other day . I called to change my appointment, instead it was met with a rude , disgusting individual that was nasty on the phone from the front desk ! She was so rude to the highest order, and she was high winded, and disgusted that I was trying to put off my appointment all together. While this was happening , I let my fiend listen to how this women at the desk was acting, Wow. "I was pissed,."! I called back three times, no answers , when she answered after three times ! I was not a happy person, and I expressed that, in the not so happy way. I found out this was the same women, trying to excuse her bad behavior:" to eating lunch," this was the same women, who I had have always been friendly too, and she had the nerve to call herself the manger,? When i spoke to her. this is was bad failures all the way around! I would get bad attitude from the spanish women enough at the front desk. I tolerated this long enough, yet my money will not be spent any longer, on bad people ,and bad service ,when there is hundreds of places to go too. its unfortunate! Dr Melnick, is a good Doctor, so sad that a few in his staff is causing harm by there attitudes, and rude ,and that being disgusting attitudesr! To You :Dr Melnick, be mindful of the people you keep employed, and watch what they do. These issues alone ,can cost you Clients, in the end. get you a better staff with professional standards at the helm! People in the public sector, be mindful of how you are treated in the service of your money , most of all! good luck!

I had a really good experience with this clinic. They were able to get me in on an urgent basis and the entire appointment was very timely. Dr. Melnick spent a significant amount of time with me compared to most other doctors, so I really appreciated his time.

Dr. Melnick provided me with exceptional service. I had been to 2 previous podiatrists and was unhappy with them. Dr. Melnick rolled up his sleeves and began working on my toenails immediately. After my initial visit, my toenails were already in much better shape. He did not try to "hard sell" me on products sold by his office, which is a pet peeve of mine. He patiently explained all of my options. I could not be happier with him. His staff was also polite and efficient.

My experience has been exceptionally positive. The ingrown toenail I had was removed efficiently and very effectively. They got me in quickly and the office personnel were so pleasant.

sat there for my 2:30 appointment until 4:30 still did nothing for my visit except tell me that someone was coming to see me in a few, had to leave with no help, and two hours wasted.
