I called to verify insurance coverage which they agreed they were in my network, got me to schedule real quick and kept the scam going through collecting my deductible for my office visit. Many months later after my treatment was completed. They notified me to pay the bills, turns out they never carried my insurance plan and sold me a bill of goods. I gave them a chance to do the right thing and they come back to me and claim, "We can't help you, by the way, we forgot to collect a deductible on another follow up visit too. You owe us for this as well." Seriously! I guess they need any business they can get. I understand mistakes happen, however, when you make one own up and work with the patient, offer some sort of help. I will not recommend this office to anyone.
