December 2021 by Randee HitzfieldBeen hit or miss recently. They’ve accidentally sent my food to the drive thru several times and had me wait 15+ minutes before they realized it. The cold brew has tasted really weird lately. I order black cold brew but it has a sweet/artificial taste to it for some reason. The employees are usually friendly and overall drinks are made correctly!

December 2021 by Aaron JohnsonWe went to Starbucks to get some breakfast for my grandsons. It's a little pricey, but the food is good. It's not made fresh, but it's still tasty food. The bacon, Gouda and cheese sandwich is very good. The caramel ribbon crunch was a hit! The hot cocoa is a good choice as well. Swing on by if you need a quick bite and coffee.

December 2021 by KENNETH ASHPike taste like water, no dark roast. If it's all about the experience mine was bad. We'll make it later they say, let's see, top popped right off in car filled to top THANKS! not that a stopper would help, pulled in to add a shot of expresso to make it at least taste like coffee. No stirrers are they all woke here. IDC just make good coffee. When I come back later, it's dark roast and a proper cover or we go to 1 ? star

December 2021 by Jennifer JonesThe only reason I rated it kind of low is that the bathroom was out of soap, and in the app I had asked for less syrup and somehow they made my drink way more sweet which was the opposite of what I wanted. Staff is busy so I get it about the soap and so many orders but I couldn't finish my drink and I was kind of sad about it but I was too busy to go back in and ask for a replacement. Other than that it's a clean safe environment.

December 2021 by Amanda TrujilloI typically have great experiences at this Starbucks. However the past two times I have gone. I have experienced nothing but disrespect and lack of customer service from Jada. She not only speaks to customers like they are a bother to her but she lacks awareness of the fact that people are just trying to get in and get their coffee. If you dislike your job and customers that much, I highly suggest finding a new career where customer service is not a thing. I have never experienced this type of attitude from any other employee at this location. It actually has always been the opposite. After these last two times of Jada serving me, I don’t know that coming back to an establishment where employees are allowed to act like this is in my cards.
