Both times there was NOT 1 drop of caramel in my coffee and no whip cream! I REPEATED MY ODER 3 TIMES BEFORE GETTING TO THE WINDOW FOR MY 2 DRINKS WHY DO YOUR PEOPLE NOT FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS???? EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA CARAMEL ADD WHIP!!! MY DRINKS ARE NOT COMPLICATED!!!!I request a refund the second time and went to a Starbucks where they listen to the order placed and followed thru! I will not be wasting my time at this location ever again!
