December 2021 by Brian CraigenWarm and friendly staff. Good variety of products, whether it's food or drinks. Most of the time its in and out service. Sometimes there is a line, I usually come back later if there is.

It's a franchise so the prices are different (higher), they rarely have food, and if they do then it either takes forever or they give it to a different customer and you have to wait for them to cook another... if there is another on the shelf. Plus there is a girl there always yelling at a very nice male worker like he's an idiot. She is super bratty. I'd rather walk a couple blocks to a different one.

December 2021 by J LawrenceThe set-up for service needs to be reversed. The counter to receive orders is at the end where you have to cut through people in line. There's a small counter on the entrance/exit end that could easily become that counter. It's set-up all backwards to if it's busy you get stuck in the corner. And staff didn't feel the need to bring to you when, instead insisted you picked up at the one end when they could easily bring to the other side.
