I didn't say that i was going to leave tip nor did i scan my app. I wondered why it was so much so i asked for a receipt and the person was hesitant. So mad! I don't have much money but when I do i give tip. Will i be going here again? No!

December 2021 by Alyssah Mariei’ve seen the manager, emilia, yell at baristas a lot in front of customers. i’ve also seen her leave the baristas high and dry when it’s extremely busy and they ask her for help and she just sits in the lobby on her laptop doing who knows what while they’re essentially drowning. the baristas do amazing under the circumstances but i can’t help but feel bad for them since they have a manager like that
