December 2021 by Rachael GentryI rarely go out for coffee but today was special. I went through the drive-through and the lady who served me had more energy and hype than I've ever seen before. Frankly, it was the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. And in a drive-through!

December 2021 by Remi AntoinetteThis is quite possibly the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If they’re anything at at, it’s consistent. This is the only Einsteins near us so we come here often. But each and every time they will hold you hostage in their lobby while they proceed to get orders wrong and offer nothing in exchange for the wait. They hardly acknowledge it. Because it is their norm. I really am not in the habit of leaving reviews but after one too many times it must be said. It shouldn’t be difficult to staff a store properly. It’s not fair to customers and it’s not fair to your staff.

December 2021 by Sinna-GI walked in and immediately walked out. It looks like they have not swept nor run a vacuum in months. You look at their cooler case, and it looks like it hasn't been wiped down in years. There is no way I'm going to place an order and have anything made if that's the shape that this store is in. If they cannot keep clean what the customers actually see, how in the world are they cleaning anything that customers don't see? This place was disgusting. I will never go back again. That's a big nope from me!

December 2021 by Christina MesichI go here alot but the food quality has started to decline each time i go. I ordered 3 allnighter bagels online and 2 of the 3 bagels were burnt more than 50%. Would you actually pay for this yourself and eat it?

December 2021 by J S3stars because overall employees are polite and friendly. Food is fresh and when made correctly per request it's wonderful. However 3x recently orders have been incorrect. The last time I got all the way home and had to drive back. I prior had exactly the same issue and had to through away the bagel this time with the same mistake I drove back. I ordered the avocado toast but specifically requested NO everything seasoning due to a poppyseed allergy. They repeated the order back with those changes yet it was still wrong. When I returned the employee who offered to help me was very nice. But I heard her discussing with others that it was wrong and needed to be corrected. Instead of simply fixing the mistake they seemed to argue with her it was not designated on their monitor of orders. They challenged back but she got it corrected for me. I was disappointed as a whole by everyone else. Poor customer service and would not recommend again. Next Sunday I will consider a further drive to the NY Deli/bagel shop instead. Update I received a message you asked me to go to Einstein official website and list the incident so I have done so
