We have spent 3 nights in this hotel in a room called Dahlia… Hotel is clean , not overcrowded, location in very good , close to all locations with great food . Room smells very nice , it was clean , mattress on our bed was hard with we love it . Service is polite . Only weak side of this hotel is an breakfast- you can get fried egg or some bacon and sausages, some white bread . I understand that local people eats different then we in Europe but this place has a great potential and this breakfast makes it looks worse…

This is a wonderful hotel with everything you could possibly want. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Long especially. And the Manager couldn't have done more to make our stay most enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was amazing for the price! The rooms were well-maintained and bug-free. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped arrange tours of Angkor Wat and the surrounding sites. The free breakfast was great with many options. Highly recommend!

Spent three nights here. We had the Villa with the private pool. It was our honeymoon. This was the best choice we could ever make. The room was always very clean, the private pool was amazing. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The breakfast!!! So good!! I like that they have an A la carte menu for breakfast, I hate all the waste of food that usually happens in buffet breakfast. I loved the attention that Heritage Suites has towards the environment. During our stay we programmed the Angkor Wat tour for the sunrise and we left the hotel al 5:15 am, even if the breakfast starts at 7:00, one of the staff members was there at 5:15 to make us two espresso ?? ?? . Very important: take advise from the hotel about the restaurants nearby, we had three different dinners in three different places suggested by the hotel staff and all the three of them were memorable!!

My partner and I stayed here during our vacation to Siem Reap and could not more highly recommend this hotel or their staff- especially Satya who we just loved. We booked tours through their on property adventure guide, and ended up with an amazing guide (Chan) and driver for our Temple tour. The food and service in their bar/restaurant was great- highly recommend the breakfast noodle soup and the sticky rice, but it’s hard to go wrong with anything Khmer on their menu. Our room was beautiful and clean- the literal only thing I would change from a comfort perspective is that as an American we are a little more used to softer beds. Overall, an A++ experience and we will absolutely be staying here again should we return to Cambodia ??
