December 2021 by Alicia MayWe just spent 5 nights here and couldn’t have been happier. First of all the entire staff was wonderful. They were all so friendly and just a delight to interact with. The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable surrounded by beautiful tall trees and greenery. We also had the pleasure of getting a massage in their spa and enjoying a delicious dinner in the on site restaurant. It’s not far from many attractions and we found it easy to get where we wanted to go with the friendly local TukTuk drivers who were stationed nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

December 2021 by simon perkinsMet up here for drinks only, so rating is based upon that. A very ambient and attractive place to relax. The bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The house Gin was very good. I will definitely return there

December 2021 by Anastasiia ButorinaWe visited this hotel in December 2022 for a few nights and can highly recommend it. Some positives I wanted to highlight: - The hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests. - Usage of locally produced items in the room was a great part of experience - banana chips were delicious, and the slippers/bathrobes and bathroom supplies were all great and added to the authentic experience. - Breakfast options were great - not massive selection, but they are enough to provide diversity and were tasty. - The restaurant at the hotel is magical - my boyfriend and I both agreed that having drinks/food at the balcony of the restaurant was a special experience - we did it several times, and every time was equally amazing. Food was delicious, and my boyfriend loved the local beer. The vibe of that place is something special and truly made us realize we were on a holiday. - Location was convenient for our short stay - walking distance for the cafes and shops, and you can ask for bikes (complementary) which is nice for exploring the city On some critic points: - Would've helped to have more explanations/guidance around the tour options. We were told at the reception only of the full day private tour option of Angkor Wat. They did not mention at all that there were half day options which actually would've worked much better for us. We ended up coming back to the hotel around 12:00 as by then we've covered everything we wanted, so we basically overpaid. This and a few other small moments gave us an impression this hotel is mostly oriented on pushing sale rather than putting customer experience first - Spa experience was not good unfortunately. We went there for a couple massage experience with steam bags. Staff's english (the ones doing the massage) was not very good and it was hard to communicate. Also they were not very communicative in general and did not ask how things were during the massage/explain what they were doing. I had some bruises on my leg which were very visible - I didn't feel it in the moment but the pressure applied was too hard and made my bruises worse.. And even gave me a few new small ones. I'd expect a massage expert to actually know to avoid such areas and not to apply too much pressure. Moreover something the two of us didn't like was the ladies leaving hot steam bags on our stomachs - and they were not removing them fast but really letting the steam bags sit there, which almost gave us burns. We had to remove them ourselves. Overall impression from massage was that it wasn't very professional However in the grand scheme of things those negatives were very small compared to the great experience we had staying at the hotel! We really loved our stay there
