Incredible hotel! We were greeted on arrival with snacks and cold drinks. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfy with free drinking water. The staff went out of their ways to make you feel welcome. Oh and each stay comes with a complimentary spa credit (the equivalent of one 60 min massage) and airport transfer to and from the hotel! Worth the splurge.

Amazing boutique hotel - beautifully and tastefully presented, wonderful friendly staff who can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and like a VIP. The massage was excellent, the lunches were exquisite and should not be missed. Breakfast was great too with a good selection, attentive waiting staff and an egg station making fresh omelettes to order. Hard to write a review that really encapsulates how good this place was. It’s also only a short east walk to the French Quarter, old markets and Pub Street with all its fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. I chose here for three nights based upon booking . com recommendations and was very very impressed. I’d 100% come here again - thank you to everyone at The Golden Temple - you made our holiday.

Customer service above and beyond from the moment you step in, greeted by a wonderful drink and snacks. Throughout our stay, staff members knew our names and were very invested in ensuring that our room and we had everything we needed. When I felt sick, staff brought tea to my room. We had complimentary massage, round trip ride and many other small touches. Being that the hotel is small, you will find yourself engaging with other guests and staff often. Maybe not ideal for the moments you are seeking more privacy, however it makes the hotel feel more like a home than your typical. Would encourage the staff to minimize interactions, as it can feel overwhelming at times (was pressed to stay another night at the hotel immediately following a massage) however all in all I highly recommend!

We stayed at the Golden Temple Hotel at the beginning of the month. First things first: the service we received was outstanding. The Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed, be it transportation, recommendations on what to do or where to eat or the organisation of a driver for our days in the temples. The room we stayed in was clean and very homey, breakfast and lunch were delicious and offered various choices. We (couple in our late twenties) highly recommend staying there, since the location could hardly be better with plenty of restaurants, the old market and the street food stalls on the river and pub street close by (max. 10 minutes walk). To Say and the Golden Temple Team: we wish you all the best and hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Amazing experience! After walking around looking for a new hotel after the one we booked into was a little run down and tired, we stumbled upon this gem. The staff where amazing. Giving us first class treatment before we'd even booked, showing us around the hotel they really couldn't have done any more for us. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and in very good condition, the location is perfect, just around the corner from many bars and restaurants and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need! It's the staff that made this special for us. We had a nice surprise on the second night, when we returned to the hotel to see the room decorated when they found out we where on our honeymoon! Thank you Golden Temple hotel for making our honeymoon in Siam Reap amazing!
