December 2021 by Mary SchübelWe took the night bus from Siem Reap to Kampot. The bus was clean and the fully lay flat beds were quite comfortable for a sleeper bus. We are traveling as a couple so the double seat/bed was nice. Wouldn’t recommend booking one of the double seats if you are traveling alone though, as there is no border between the seats. The bus was on time and the staff friendly. If you have a small linen sleeping bag I recommend bringing it.

The bus staff speaks well English and maked sure that everyone got safe and well to Bangkok! Breakfast and lunch was included in the price ! Drop of at khao san road . Super !

December 2021 by Eva FitzI took the bus from Bangkok to Siem Reap which was perfectly fine the crew was super friendly the whole time. they served us a small breakfast and lunch which was really nice and they took care during the boarder control.

December 2021 by Stephen AndersonWe booked with Giant Ibis to travel from Siem Reap to Bangkok. Booking through their website was easy and the ability to select your own seats a major plus. They picked us up as planned from our accommodation (though be aware they can turn up early as per their T&C’s). The bus was spacious, clean and modern. We were provided with a complementary coffee and a pastry for breakfast and vegetable fried rice with water for lunch. Both of which tasted great. Best of all was their guide (Songra - sorry if that’s misspelt!). He provided clear guidance on when the bus will stop and guided everyone through each step of the border crossing. We’d highly recommend travelling with this company!

December 2021 by Greg B. Fernandez Jr.I used this bus at night when there was a new Covid outbreak in Phnom Penh and it is almost empty. I kinda like the sleeping bed. By the way, during Covid-19 season there’s only one trip to Phnom Penh and its at 10:00 PM. Take note: no day trip. Not sure if this would change in the coming months.
