- December 2021 by Eddie L.Their conduct regarding service dogs is absolutely outrageous. The clinic violated the law. I went in with my service dog. First thing they told me they don't allow dogs inside. I told them it was a service dog. He was wearing his service dog uniform. They demanded to see proof. According to the ADA, It is illegal for anyone to ask you to show service dog papers or documentation. I asked for my insurance documents back and told them that I would not be coming back. They insulted my dog. They violated the law. I will be submitting a complaint with the ADA.
