My seller client retained Ian Gee to help with some very complicated matters related to large rural building lots. He greatly helped us figure out a plan of action to help eliminate obstacles that were preventing my client from being able to sell the lots. He properly helped my client execute a shared road maintenance agreement with non-compliant/non-motivated neighbors, and created easement agreements, among many other things. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone with Real Estate law needs!

Told that they would get back to me, took personal information-social security's, addresses, names, never got back to me at all. These people have promises, and no follow up, they are not what they say.
