Second, he took an entire hour to explain why my feet were hurting and how to treat them. His manner is very gentle and sweet. Third, his advice and treatment were effective: he provided me instant relief from my pain.

Over the last weekend, I visited my family in Ketchikan and end up hurting my foot (ankle). I called Dr Lam and was lucky enough to see him at his Ketchikan office. I could not thank enough for your professional, caring, attentive to my situation and helpful in fixing me up. I am so lucky to have you to rely on. Thank you Dr Lam

Dr Lam not only be able to let us coming in on last minute notice and also answer our questions, diagnose her condition AND follow up the next day to make sure she’s getting better and well rest her foot. Thank you for taking care of our family.
