- December 2021 by Donald HealeyDr. Harlan at Phoenix Foot & Ankle surgically repaired severe hammertoes on my right foot. My outcome was everything I hoped for and everything about the practice met or exceeded my expectations. Dr. Harlan has a warm personality and he communicates clearly and effectively. Everyone on staff is efficient and helpful. I recommend the practice highly and will definitely return to have my other foot fixed.

Dr. Harlan is not only a terrific surgeon but he is also very service oriented! His support staff are all wonderful as well!! The office runs very efficiently and I’ve never waited more than five minutes to be seen; usually, I’m seen on time or early! I highly recommend Dr. Harlan if you ever need a podiatrist!! He is amazing!!

The office staff are very caring and understanding, Dr. Harlen did an amazing job of explaining everything then fixing my bone. It went better than I could have ever expected for having had a bad break. I was referred by a coworker and would definitely refer friends and family.
