The associate arrived 10 minutes before 8 and waited in their car instead of prepping everything to start at their posted opening time of 8am. This is the kind of laziness that never brings clientele back.

December 2021 by Deniss Jordan2nd time I try to get coffee from tjis place. First time, I arrived at 12:50 on a Saturday and they said they were already closed even though the sign says they close at 1 pm. Today they couldn't serve me coffee because they didnt have change to give me cash back

December 2021 by AliThe staff is awfully rude. Especially the older lady with curly hair that usually wears a bun. She is very rude and spends more time on her phone than doing her job. The bagels are good but with that kind of service it’s not worth it.

December 2021 by America DR DRI thought I’ve give this local business a try instead of going to the usual Einstein Bagels shop. Unfortunately for my experience, the staff person that help me and my sister was not friendly. The person didn’t even cared to offer popular choices since we did mention we have never been to this bagel place. Don’t know if she was having a ruff morning but come on that’s not my fault for the cares less and rude attitude. ???
