December 2021 by Lilian PrzybyszSeverely disappointed, I had ordered a grande peppermint white mocha this morning. I didn’t think to check it, which I admit is on me. But Vinny who had made my drink didn’t make it to standard. When I took my first drink you can tell the expresso was off. The machine wasn’t adjusted properly so the expresso was burnt. The milk was barely steamed making it lukewarm. There was no whip cream or chocolate shaving topping. Then the cup was only filled 3 quarters full. I’d be more understanding if it was severely busy. But it wasn’t and the store had opened 10 mins before I came in. As someone who use to be a shift lead for 2 years at Starbucks I really hope this isn’t this store’s standard.

I walk into this Starbucks asking for an espresso shot like, “can you fix it?” The baristas were so cool, they made me a whole new drink, the espresso was on point, these people just made my day

December 2021 by Peter LupiaI love the open floor plan and comfortable seating, paired with excellent service. I love the beverages available and the seasonal ones too. It's getting close to Valentine's Day and I'm hoping they bring back the Cherry Mocha; it's terribly good.
