December 2021 by Chris chrisWorts staff for Starbucks by American airlines!!!! They where just chit chatting with each other the whole time I was standing there. I was the only one standing there waiting to be greeted, waiting for them to take my order and they didn't even acknowledge me. It's was 3 girls Sunday morning around 8 on April 30th. I ended up just leaving and all they did was laugh! So unprofessional. Please remove these people zero customer service!!!!

December 2021 by Bayou VixenFor the life of them @ this ELP Terminal location, they cannot get my order right. Even when I say it or write it down. It's always what they want to give me. I always order a "Matcha Lemonade with Coconut Milk on top" and they always blend the two & shake it up together & pour it in my cup. It's NEVER as I specifically order it & it seems to honestly confuse them. But I don't get WHY? And I always drink them anyway because I love Matcha and Coconut Milk.

December 2021 by EMILY HERNANDEZI waited 20 minutes after opening(4:30am) to even be served (never was) . When one lady asked the woman with orange/ red hair behind the counter when she was going to open. The woman behind the counter was offended and started talking back to the customer. She made comments like, “do you see the machines on? No? Well that’s why it’s not open. I’m only one person and we are opening late.” The customer replied but it was supposed to open at 4:30. The woman behind the counter said. “ Excuse me! Well it’s not going to happen and we are opening late.” The 10 of us in line walked out of line and left. That was ridiculous and unprofessional.

The staff constantly stops to have discussions amongst each other, no order when it comes to serving customers and it would seem they dont know how to make a simple Carmel Frappuccino with Whip. The Starbucks attendant looked directly at the side and yelled Carmel Frap no whip when you can see it say w/whip. Also where is the Carmel that should be drizzled on top of the whip cream. Put your expectations very low if you need a coffee and dont expect great service.
