December 2021 by AroddThe manager here is very rude ! Sooooo I ordered a cup of ice with water with the dehydrated fruit … and she charged me that as a customized tea the receipt said . Which came out to like $3 … whatever . I get .50cents charged at any other Starbucks I’ve been to. So I re assured my order she said that’s how my manager says I should charge it … so I asked if the price depended on the manager from each store and she said I’m not sure but that is how she’s telling me to charge you. I wanted to talk to her and she was suddenly busy . Whoever is above her should fire her or train her better for not having excellent customer service . Also they can never hear you at drive thru the speaker needs some service ! Or y’all need some new headphones or something . I’m trying to respond to this reply from owner . But there is no way in contacting you .

December 2021 by Amanda LiconI have been to this location multiple times an I order from here through Uber eats as well. I’m not sure what it is about this location but they never make my drink order correctly. It is not an outrageous drink order either: iced white chocolate mocha, vanilla cream foam and whip with extra caramel drizzle. Once I went to the location drive through and they actually put chocolate drizzle instead of caramel, an it’s been 4 times I order the exact same drink on Uber eats and they either forget the caramel drizzle or they don’t out the whip cream or the cream foam. I just don’t understand why this has happened so many times. I go to the one and order from the one in the shopping center by Walmart on my way to work and they make it perfectly and with live everytime. So I’m giving one star just because the drink tastes good but it ruins the experience when it’s not made the way you want it.

December 2021 by 0r1ginal 7I went to this location and it was incredibly dirty. First, there was a fly inside the glass box that displays the food. An employee was informed of the insect, but they did not care. They already acknowledged the fly, but just said that “ it’s just the display” and they wouldn’t serve from it. Well the display is made to show how the food looks and makes you want to buy it, well if you saw a commercial and a sandwich with a fly over it would you buy it and eat it? Second, I sat next to a window that had dead flies on it and a lot of dirt and garbage at the bottom. Third, I asked for a napkin because I wasn’t going to place my sandwich bag over a dirty table. The employee was talking to another person and didn’t give me any napkins, so I left the establishment.

December 2021 by Adam MooreThis Starbucks is always busy, but the baristas do a wonderful job at keeping up with the packed drive-thru, in-person, and mobile orders. They also quickly begin to learn their regulars, which makes the place feel very warm and welcoming.
