December 2021 by Latrell ArcherThis is my least favorite Starbucks. It’s dirty, slow and inconsistent. They took so long for my drinks that I had to rush out and forgot my sandwich. The drinks in the picture are the same one but they look different, I’ve and everything. The drive through wasn’t long and there were only two people inside.

December 2021 by Alexander CortezI was having a fairly rough day so I decided coffee was a good decision to boost my night a bit. I went through the drive thru, and was immediately greeted by genuine kindness. That was definitely a great start. The guy took my order, then I pulled up to the window and was then once again greeted with enthusiasm and attentiveness. He initiated small talk and asked me what I had planned for the rest of the night. My response included the reason for my rough day and the guy immediately tried his best to cheer me up. I didn’t catch his name, I just remembered he had a sleeve tattoo on one of his arms. Very kind and amazing person. If he reads this review, I want to truly thank you man. Get that man a raise asap.

December 2021 by sandra moncadaWent last night to get a grande vanilla bean and noticed on my statement they charged me 10.79$ .I called to see why this drink was so much. Seems they are putting their own tips on peoples credit cards. Claudia the one I spoke with was not helpful at all. She said I put in an extra 5$ tip on there. I had told her I did no such thing because I only tapped the card on the machine. I told her to check the cameras so she can see I didn’t even touch the credit card machine to put in or add tip. She basically told me to bad she’s not giving me my money back and to call 1800 number for complaint. People check your receipts before you leave. They are thieves. Never going back to this Starbucks.

December 2021 by Martin MaeseOrdered a bag of coffee bean that i aways order on line and when i arrived at Window, young lady told me they were out, so they returned my money via gift card. I asked her to please check and advised her where they were at. So much for that. Went in the next day, and this time, I walked in. Guess what, same thing. I directed the young man to where they were at, and he wasn't having it. He called on duty manager, and i told him the same thing. Fortunately, he did go check and found a case. I always buy 2 packages. My goodness, I wish we could order on light directly from Starbucks and not Amazon. 5 stars to that manager, O, not the first time that happens, and managers always safe the day. Only coffee that does not give me heartburn.

I don’t know who the manager is or if it was the manager but there is a way of bringing something to someone’s attention. The way (Claudia ) did this was awful. I feel bad for employee she “corrected” if you can call it that. This had even made customers feel awkward while she argued with another employee for telling her to calm down. I get it everyone is in a rush and a lot of people need coffee in the morning but if you can’t handle a fast pace job then just quit. Don’t take it out on your fellow employees and yell at them in front of customers. Be kind
