December 2021 by Fernanda GonzalezThe worst starbucks in ep. I’ve ordered here a couple times and every time is a complete disappointment. Drinks are never poured all the way, and that only has happened to me at this specific location, and the costumer service definitely needs an improvement.

December 2021 by Jen JenDid not have whip cream on frappes. Was told my sugar cookie almond milk frappe did not come with whip cream even though photo had it along with sprinkles. Did not blend frappes well enough either, too icy with barely any flavor. Very dissatisfied with experience.

She was actually very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me when I mentioned I wanted to scan my app for points and when I was translating for my mom and checking which size of drink my little sister wanted. She was very rude and made my family feel bad as well.After receiving our drinks one of them was not at all what we expected so we kindly asked if we could get it remade or exchange it and the girl that made Us another drink that was way better and we were so happy for her kindness and she was quite sweet. Overall an experience Can change depending on the staff members attitude, this is why I gave it 4 stars even though one was not the nicest the other girl was just the opposite.
