With only a walk-up window and a drive-thru, this actually makes for a much more efficient and speedy experience for us coffee drinkers. The walk-up window flows very smoothly for app orders ahead of time, while the drive-thru honestly is one of the fastest I've ever been in. Regulars are often greeted by name, and even those of us just passing through are always greeted with a warm welcome. I'd definitely recommend this location if you're in the area and need a coffee fix.
