I had 5 different paralegals from Bayani Law Firm taking care of my car accident case, I literally had to give the same information dozens of time, every time someone new would review my case they asked for the same documents. I pursued after all kind of evidence, paperwork you can imagine, it was a slow process and I had to keep pushing every step of the way My personal opinion, keep a close eye on your case, after a very welcoming first meeting at their office, Mrs Bayani could not even remember about my case a month later when I showed up at their office to pick up some paperwork. I received a violation and was not familiar with the proceedings of the violation. I reached out to numerous criminal lawyers in Sandy Springs who stated that I didn’t need an attorney and to handle the ticket myself in court. After speaking with Mrs. Bayani, not only was her office responsive but I was able to speak with her directly the same day. She affirmed me that I should not go to court without an attorney and she was willing to help me. After explaining my situation for my violation, she disclosed all my options and explained the law with exceptional knowledge. Her agreement was straightforward and her fee was beyond reasonable (much lower than competitors). She reassured my decision and did her due diligence before my day in court.
