Do not go to! I went to Dr. Dillinger because my foot was hurting. He said I needed foot inserts. He said that they were a couple of hundred dollars. When I went to the front desk to ask nobody knew how much the inserts were. In which most of the employees had them in their shoes. I got a bill for $900 for the foot inserts. I talked to Laura in the front office and she gave me a elaborate way that they bill. They bill $900 and just see how much the insurance will cover. My insurance didn’t cover anything. I called back and they did an adjustment to get it down to $308. In speaking with Laura again we had an agreement that she would knock down the $308-$200 since Dr. Dillinger told me it was gonna be a couple hundred dollars. To me a couple hundred dollars is 200 not 900. I have called and emailed Laura six times each. She has failed to return any of my messages. I kept trying to get a updated invoice for $200 and she ghosted me. During my evaluation I was told I need good support. I told Dr. Dillinger that the best support that I have had has been with the on cloud shoes. He said on cloud does not have a good support. The freaking guy was wearing on cloud. I think this office has horrible business practices and is a scam. I am notifying the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. Dr. Dillinger and Laura I hope that $108 was worth it.

I had read a couple of negative reviews for this doctor but went anyway. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience. Dr. Dellinger was delightful, prompt, professional, and skillful. His whole staff was great!

Wouldn’t recommend him to operate on a Barbie doll. DO NOT use. I used him and have not recovered. I called to get my medical records and they failed to get those to me as he could not explain what he did to my foot. He does not know what he’s doing. I had the same surgery done years ago and recovered fine. I also later found out he did a surgery on someone else and he left rods in her toe that literally are coming out now and she may lose her toe.

Horrible experience, incredibly unprofessional, because his ego would not allow him to admit that he couldn't diagnose me. Upon on initial visit, x-rays were taken, he told me to prepare for surgery and to call his nurse the following day to set the appointment. I called his nurse for two weeks. Then she drug me along for another four weeks claiming she needed to contact my insurance and she would call me right back. She never returned one phone call. Finally two more weeks pasted. She then claimed that she was so busy she forgot about me but she would stop everything and contact my insurance right then. One week pasted before she called back to inform me that I needed to meet with Dr Dillinger to go over some pre-op information. At that appointment he told me there was no reason to fix my feet because he believed I had a siatic issue in my back that should be addressed first. I knew that I had no such issue. He blew me off, just past me on, without any concern or care for the severity of my situation. Such a weak man makes for a very selfish care giver.
